Tour to Tibet and Nepal: An Overview

The 12-day Nepal and Tibet Luxury tour takes you to the cultural and natural wonders of Nepal and Tibet. The journey begins in Kathmandu, Nepal’s vibrant capital, where you will discover historic landmarks such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Taleju Temple, and the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa.

The next day, a scenic helicopter mountain flight takes you to the Everest Base Camp area with a bird’s eye view of the Himalayas and Mt. Everest. You will then visit the Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa for meditative views and insight into Nepal’s deep spiritual heritage.

Kathmandu is the very first place to explore on your Nepal and Tibet journey. Kathmandu offers you many historical and architectural monuments. Seven of Nepal's 10 UNESCO World Heritage Sites are located here. While staying in Kathmandu, you will be exploring these rich and vibrant places. You will visit Pashupatinath (Hindu pilgrimage site) which holds historical, cultural, and philosophical significance, and it is a sacred cremation ground as well. After Pashupatinath, you will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, which holds the home of the living goddess (Kumari), while enjoying the intricate designs carved on the Newari temples and buildings. Apart from that, you will visit Swyambhunath Boudhanath stupas, famous for their Buddhist tradition and culture.

Chitwan National Park

Chitwan is yet another one of Nepal's UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Situated in the subtropical Terai region, it offers a diverse range of flora and fauna. If you love to explore wildlife, Chitwan National Park might be your favorite stop. With a total of 544 species of birds, 68 species of mammals, 56 species of herpetofauna, and 126 species of fish within the Chitwan National Park, you will get to explore and enjoy the rich biodiversity for an exciting two days.
