Hailing from Nepal's Dhading district, Ram found his calling in the world of travel after moving to Kathmandu for higher education. Starting as a porter in 2005, he quickly transitioned into a certified trekking guide in 2007, gaining valuable experience with renowned travel companies in Nepal.

With a deep love for the majestic Himalayas and a profound respect for local culture, he became known for providing unforgettable experiences to adventurers from around the world. In 2014, driven by a vision to offer personalized and extraordinary journeys, he established Sublime Trails. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, he meticulously designs and supervises expeditions tailored to each traveler's preferences.

With Ram as the captain of your adventurous ship, you can expect passionate expertise, unrivaled knowledge of the terrain, and a deep understanding of the local culture.

Hari embarked on his journey into the tourism industry as a porter in 2007 and became a certified trekking guide in 2009. His exceptional work ethic and charismatic personality soon drew the attention of international trekkers, earning him a reputation as a trusted and sought-after guide.

Hari's strong bond with his brother, Mr. Ram Khadka, reinforces his commitment to providing exceptional service through Sublime Trails. In 2017, Hari made a life-changing decision and moved to Australia, where he has since permanently resided. As the Head of International Marketing, Hari plays a crucial role in supporting and catering to the needs of our clients in Australia, ensuring they receive the same level of personalized attention and remarkable experiences that Sublime Trails is renowned for.

With Hari contributing to Sublime Trails from Australia, the company's global reach has expanded ensuring an amazing experience for all adventurous souls out there.

Bikram has been our trekking guide for more than 10 years. He is resourceful and knowledgeable about all things trekking. He has led clients from multiple countries to the Everest region, Annapurna Region, Manaslu region, Upper Mustang region, and other underappreciated regions of Nepal. Travelers love his friendly and easy-going nature. Bikram is adept at efficiently handling issues and glitches that occur on any trip. Born and raised in Nepal, Bikram is well-versed in Nepalese culture and lifestyle. Furthermore, he is fluent in English and Hindi.

Suman's journey in the tourism industry began as a porter in 2010 before becoming a trekking guide in 2012. Boasting an infectious smile that speaks beyond languages and borders, he has since dedicated himself to providing satisfying experiences for his clients.

Having explored most of the trekking trails in Nepal, his extensive knowledge allows him to personalize each trip to cater to the preferences and abilities of his clients.

Ajit's journey into serving intrepid travelers began when he signed up to become a porter at a trekking group. It was the year 2009. He then hiked the length and breadth of Nepal's glorious trails. With a wealth of experience and expertise under his belt, he rose to the rank of trekking guide.

Like all members of our management team and trekking guides, Ajit can communicate in English fluently. Physically robust, our guests find Ajit a pleasant person to travel with. His depth of knowledge in all things travel has significantly boosted the growth of Sublime Trails, as he seems to have a way with his guests.

Mr. Adhikari believes the mountain trails speak to him, and he has now been keenly listening from close for 20 years. His profound experience in leading groups to the mountains is only championed by his humility and sense of humor.

Despite his expertise, he approaches every journey with a genuine eagerness to learn from his fellow adventurers, acknowledging that the mountains have something unique to offer each individual. His humility allows him to connect with people from all walks of life, making them feel comfortable and valued throughout their journey.

Ganesh is mature but flexible, free-spirited but resourceful. Perhaps those are the reasons why our guests always leave with good things to say about him.

Young and reeking of energy, Bibek's enthusiasm knows no bounds, as he exudes a positive attitude that spreads to everyone around him. Always ready to lend a helping hand, he goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of his guests. Bibek has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a desire to improve his skills. Rightly so, he consistently seeks out new opportunities to enhance his expertise as a tourism worker.
